Working Out
Hello my name is Landon Lee and we haven't really had to much to talk about yet in this class, so I figured my first blog post would be about something that I am very passionate about and that is working out. working gout for me is the best way to start off my days, usually ill wak up around 6:30 and head over to workout. working out for me means so much in my day to day life because it is the one thing that helps me get through my problems and relieve lots of stress that builds up through my day, it allows me to push myself to become stronger every day and helps me to really clear my head.
Not only do i like lifting so much just for the fact that it helps me get through my day but lifting also makes me to preform better in baseball. see i am a pitcher and ever since i have began working out my velocity in my pitches has gone way up and that is actually what helped me to get a spot here on the baseball team. So for the every day person i personally would say if you arent going to they gym and you find yourself to be stressed out quite a lot, maybe give it a try and see where it takes you.
