Stress Relievers

    As the weeks go on my schedule seems to get tougher and tougher and figuring out how to deal with it is becoming very stressful. But I've found out some of the ways to balance this stress for me are working out and watching some tv shows or listing to music. I think without these three things I would go crazy. I think the reason I enjoy each one of these things in their own ways is that the gym allows me to release my anger or built up aggression, then watching my show or listing to music just allows me to get some of that much-needed relaxation that I think many people don't seem to take enough time to themselves through the week and that's what causes people to be too stressed. So my word of advice would be if you are super stressed maybe give one of these three things a try.

  1. I agree with you that is the weeks go on, the schedule gets tougher and tougher. I get stressed out sometimes too and listening to music and watching tv or movies definitely helps. I have not been working out as much as I would like to, but in the past, working out has been a good way to relieve some stress. Sometimes I also like to just get out of the house and hangout with some friends for awhile so it takes my mind off some things. It is definitely important to do some things to make your life less stressful.
